Higher National Diploma (HND) or the equivalent, accompanied by at least an upper Credit in related disciplines from any institution that is recognized with the University of Port Harcourt. MASTER OF SCIENCE (M.Sc) First Degree holders of related disciplines who have the minimum requirement of 3.0 CGPA on a 5-point scale. The Postgraduate Diploma is awarded for CCDCD at CCDCD from the University of Port Harcourt or any other recognized institution, with a minimal CGPA of 3.0 on a five-point scale.
