Federal Teaching Hospital, Gombe (FTH) admission form for National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) programs in Basic Nursing has been released for the academic session 2023/2024. Information regarding how to apply for the programs is as follows:
Applications are requested from qualified candidates to be admitted into the academic sessions 2023/2024 for the National and Higher National Diploma Basic Nursing. Basic Nursing ND/HND 4-year continuous program i.e. two years of ND and HND and HND, respectively.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate who is applying for admission into the program above must:
1. Get the JAMB score that is at or above 160 points,
2. Possess GCE or SSCE: WAEC/NECO or NABTEB with at the very least five (5) Credits not more than two sittings in English Math, Language Biology, Chemistry, Biology, and Physics (Candidates with a NABTEB result won’t be able to take their results in conjunction in conjunction with WAEC as well as NECO).
3. Must be at least 16 years old as of the date shown in this advertisement.
4. Be MEDICALLY FIT.
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Forms are obtainable from Monday 18th September 2023, at the Office of the REGISTRAR Institute of Health Sciences, Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe (IHS-FTHG) OR the Federal Teaching Hospital Gombe Website (http://www.fthgombe.gov.ng), via the Institute platform, after the payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten Thousand Naira Only (N10,000) into the Internally Generated Revenue (IGR)Account through Remita. (NB cash payments are not accepted.)

Screening & Selection Interview: Monday, 23rd October, 2023 To Wednesday 25th October, 2023
Candidates are required to complete their forms and submit the below documents:
I. recent passport-size photographs.
II. Photographic copies of all credentials including Primary/Secondary school certificate.
III. Photocopy of receipt of admission form/remittance invoice,
IV. Local Government Indigene Certificate,
V. Certificate of Birth or Declaration of Age.
VI. JAMB Print-out.
VII. SSCE Scratch-card (s).
