Requirements
(a) Potential applicants should have at least five (5) O-level equivalent qualifications in basic sciences such as Mathematics as well as English at the credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination WAEC or NECO in no greater than (2) examinations.
(b) Candidates to apply for HND for Social Development, National Diploma in Social Development and National Diploma Psycho-social Rehabilitation, may apply with either the subject of Science or Art.
(c) The applicant to receive the Diploma in Community Health as well as all other abridgments requires an additional qualification within the program to which they are applying.
(d) Candidates for all Higher National Diploma programs MUST have a National Diploma from NBTE Accredited Health Institution and the JAMB Admission
The applicants who are interested must pay N5,000.00 for application fees through the portal of the university.

(e) click on Proceed With Payment to create your payment details
F) Select the ‘Pay by Inter switch on the right side of the screen. proceed to pay
G) After successful payment you can proceed to fill out your application, printing the acknowledgement slip
