Registration fees are reflected on the student’s BUKPPF, to be paid using the Remita e-Payments and e-Collection platform (click here for the payment procedure). Make sure you carefully read, understand, and follow the payment procedure, as BUK will not be liable for any loss of funds as a result of incorrect data entry. Students must make sure that they entered ALL the information of the BUKPPF EXACTLY. Students must also ensure that

Note that Payer (Payer’s Full Name, Payer’s Email, Payer’s Phone) means the student, so even if the student is not the one making the payment (payment by proxy) make sure to use the student information. Any misinformation may lead to unnecessary delays in validating and processing payment. Payments are usually validated and processed within 24/48 hours of making payment.

How To Pay BUK School Fees

Students are advised to stick to the payment procedures guidelines below in case any deviation could result in a delay or the invalidation of your transaction. Invalid payment can result in an invalid registration. This results in the expulsion of students.

Step 1. Verify that you’ve got

  • You have successfully authenticated your studentship
  • Log in to your account
  • Update your profile
  • Print and generate the BUK Personalized Payment Form (BUKPPF + R). Be aware that your current payment form comes with a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) already created for you and you don’t have to create a new one. The registration fees are also shown on the student’s BUKPPF which is to be paid via Remita’s e-Payments and the e-Collection platform.

Step 2. You can now go to either

  • Pay online with your debit card through Remita’s platform.
  • Visit the nearest bank branch to pay your bill.

3. If you choose Step 2(a) choose payment from the menu. You get the information below options:

The 5th step: The user will then be directed onto Remita’s Remita payment platform. You will be shown the form below:

6. Verify that the information is as follows from the image above.

  • The browser displays a picture of a padlock, as well as the Remita website’s name. This indicates that a secure connection is established
  • The University’s Name along with the Logo is visible
  • Remita Retrieval Reference (R) that is identical to the one that appears on your invoice is shown
  • The amount due and the person who will benefit from the payment
  • Your name is displayed as the person who pays.
  • Your Email and Phone Number are also displayed.

7. Select the method of payment. Once the payment has been successful, you will be directed back to the portal of your school.

Transactions Pending

If the payment was made at the branch of a bank, and the website still shows ” Retrieval Reference Generated” you click the “Scan Payment Status” link to check the state of your payment. Once the transaction has been completed it will promptly change the status of your payment and let you continue your registration.

BUK School Fees Payment Deadline

You are not able to register for your classes until the school fee payment is paid. Students should pay fees on time so that they do not incur penalties.
